An opportunity currently exists at Peel Health Care for a compassionate and experienced nurse to join our multi-disciplinary General Practice team to deliver high quality nursing services to our patients and the Medical Practitioners.
The successful applicant will meet the following Selection Criteria:
- Current AHPRA Nurse registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse with at least 2 years post-grad experience, preferably in General Practice
- Qualified to deliver immunisations or willingness to become qualified
- Competent IT user including clinical software, preferably Best Practice Software
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and use own initiative
- Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
- Current Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain
